You don’t need to remember a password to manage your subscription — we use a passwordless login.

Here’s how:

1. Go to your subscription portal login
2. Enter the email address tied to your subscription (the one your order confirmations go to)
3. We’ll email you a one-time login code — enter it and you’re in

From the portal you can skip a delivery, pause, change your flavors or frequency, update your address or payment method, see your store credit, or cancel.

If it’s not working:

• Double-check you’re using the same email you ordered with — a different email won’t find your subscription
• Give the code email a minute, and check your spam or promotions folder
• Codes are single-use and expire quickly — request a fresh one if yours doesn’t work
