OrderProtection is our resolution partner for anything that goes wrong between our warehouse and your door. You’ll see it at checkout as “Cover Your Buns” — a small optional add-on that protects your order in transit.

What it covers:

• Packages that are lost or stolen in transit
• Packages marked delivered that never arrived
• Orders that arrive damaged or melted
• Missing or wrong items in your box

How claims work:

No photos, no phone calls, no waiting periods — and whatever arrived is yours to keep. File a claim online and it will typically be resolved in under 24 hours:
