All orders ship from our warehouse in Texas.
Do you have a return policy?
Booty-Back Guarantee: don't love your first order and we'll refund up to $107 within 30 days of delivery. No return needed, keep the muffins.
How long do refunds take to appear?
Refunds usually show up in 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.
What if an item arrives damaged or missing?
Damaged, melted or missing items: file a claim with OrderProtection, no photos needed. Wrong items: email us your order number and a photo.
Why isn't my discount code working, and can I combine codes?

I need to cancel my order
Unshipped website orders: email us right away and we'll cancel. Shipped orders can't be stopped. Subscription renewals: skip, edit or cancel in your portal.
My package says “Delivered” but it hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
File a claim at claim.orderprotection.com/start with your order email and order number. Adding your shipping address helps too. No photos needed, and you keep what arrived.
How long does shipping take, and what are my options?
Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order. Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days and usually arrive within about a week.
Do you ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, or Hawaii?
Yes. We ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska and Hawaii. Alaska and Hawaii take about 2 weeks, APO/FPO/DPO 3 weeks or more.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We ship to all 50 states, Washington, DC, U.S. territories including Puerto Rico and Guam, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Can I update my shipping address or order after it’s placed?
Email us right away with your order number and the correct details. We can update orders that haven't shipped.
What flavors are in the Variety Packs?
The Variety 12-Pack has one each of 12 flavors. The 24-Pack has two of each and the 36-Pack has three of each.
How do subscriptions and one-time orders differ?
One-time orders ship once. Subscriptions ship every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks with 15% off every order. Skip, edit or cancel anytime.
How can I track my order status or find my tracking link?
Your tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email, or log in to your account on our website. Tracking can take 24 hours to update.
My box was delivered in the heat. Is the mix still good?
Yes. The mix is dry and shelf-stable, so heat during shipping doesn't spoil it. Bring the box inside and store it cool and dry.

Why was my order canceled without my request?
Usually a subscription change before shipping, a payment security review or a checkout mix-up. Canceled orders aren't charged.
Can I send Bootylicious Muffins as a gift?
Ship a box to their address (standard shipping is free) or send a digital gift card. Gift cards never expire and can't be used on subscriptions.

Is a flavor out of stock or seasonal?
