Our muffins are crafted to deliver indulgent flavour + smart nutrition. Here’s the breakdown of our key ingredients:
Protein blend: Micellar casein + pea protein concentrate + collagen peptides – together they deliver ~25 g protein per muffin.
Carbohydrate sources: A mix of resistant wheat starch and other low-glycemic options to slow digestion, plus dietary fibre (~14-18 g) to support fullness.
Sweetener blend: Erythritol (12 g per muffin in many flavours) + stevia + monk fruit extract – no sugar-spikes, low net carbs.
Flavour & texture components: Depending on flavour, may include nut butters (for peanut flavours), fruit powders (e.g., blueberry, strawberry), vegetable & spice extracts (e.g., cinnamon, cinnamon bun flavour).
Allergen & processing notes: Contains wheat, milk, soy, egg in all flavours; certain flavours contain peanuts; processed on equipment that processes peanuts.
Note: We do not use whey protein in the current formula — our updated protein blend uses casein + pea + collagen.
