Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order. Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days and usually arrive within about a week.
- Express shipping is available at checkout for a fee.
- Alaska and Hawaii orders usually arrive about 2 weeks after they ship.
- APO/FPO/DPO orders usually take 3 weeks or more.
- Holidays and flavor launches can add a day or two to processing.
You'll get a tracking email when your label is created. If you don't see it, check spam or promotions, or email [email protected] and we'll resend it.
Package lost, stolen or marked delivered but missing? File a claim at claim.orderprotection.com/start with your order email and order number. Adding your shipping address helps too. No photos needed, and you keep what arrived. Claims usually resolve within 24 hours.
