Why was I charged without a reminder email?Updated 3 months ago

The last thing we want is for you to feel caught off guard by a charge.

We send all subscribers a courtesy reminder email 3 days before your subscription renews, letting you know it’s almost time for your next shipment. That email includes a link to manage, skip, or cancel your order before it processes.

If you’ve unsubscribed from our email list, you most likely won’t receive that renewal reminder. Please keep that in mind before opting out of marketing emails, since that’s how we send subscription notifications.
