We totally get it — sometimes plans change! Here’s how cancellations work depending on where you placed your order:

Website Orders (BootyliciousMuffins.com)
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and reason for cancellation.
We’ll do our best to catch it before it leaves our facility (most orders ship by 10 AM CST/CDT). Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to cancel or intercept it.

TikTok Shop Orders
Cancellations must be made directly through the TikTok Shop app before the order shows as “Shipped.”
If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to wait for delivery and then request a return through TikTok’s system.

Amazon Orders
For Amazon purchases, please go to Your Orders → Cancel Items in your Amazon account. Amazon handles these cancellations directly, and we don’t have access to modify them on our end.

Subscription Orders
If you’re trying to cancel an upcoming subscription renewal, log into your account and cancel or skip before your renewal date. If the renewal has already processed, please reach out right away so we can review your options.
