Why isn't my discount code working, and can I combine codes?Updated 16 days ago
Only one discount code works per order, and codes can't be combined. New customers can use FIRST15 for 15% off their first order.
If a code won't apply, it's usually because:
- It was already used. Most codes are one per customer.
- It expired.
- It only works on our website, not on Amazon or TikTok Shop.
- It only applies to certain products or order types.
