The most common reasons a discount code doesn’t work are listed below:

1. The code has already been used.
   Most of our promo codes are single-use and can’t be applied more than once per customer.

2. The code has expired.
   Some codes are time-limited and may no longer be active once a promotion ends.

3. The code is platform-specific.
   Certain influencer or campaign codes only work on our website, not on TikTok Shop or Amazon.
