We offer the Bootylicious Promise for first-time customers.
If you do not love your first order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and choose one of the following:
• A refund capped at the amount paid for up to a case of 12 muffins
• Store credit for the value of your first box
Please note:
• Applies to first order or first subscription shipment only
• One claim per household
• Shipping charges, taxes, and additional fees are nonrefundable
• No product needs to be returned
To request a refund or store credit, email [email protected] and include your full name and order number.
Orders Placed Through TikTok Shop or Amazon
Orders placed through TikTok or Amazon must message us with which platform they purchased as well as their order number.
We are unable to override or bypass marketplace return policies.
Packing Errors
If we made a packing mistake, we will correct it at no cost to you.
Please email:
• One photo showing all cups received
• One photo of the packing slip
We will issue a replacement or refund for the affected items.
Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:
• Photos of all damaged cups
• Two to three photos of the shipping box and internal packaging
We will review and issue a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Delivered but Not Found
Before contacting us:
• Check around your delivery location and with neighbors
• Wait 24 to 48 hours, as carriers sometimes scan deliveries early
If the order still cannot be located, contact us and we will begin an investigation.
Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery
Orders shipped to the address entered at checkout are not eligible for shipping refunds if the address provided was incorrect.
If a refused or misaddressed order is returned to us, we may:
• Reship the order for an additional fee
• Refund the product price minus original and return shipping costs
