My package says “Delivered” but it hasn’t arrived. What should I do?Updated 3 months ago
We’re sorry this happened — that’s always frustrating. In most cases, the carrier may have accidentally scanned the package as delivered early or left it at a nearby address by mistake.
Here’s what we recommend:
Wait 1–2 business days.
USPS and UPS often correct these errors and complete the delivery within a day or two.Check around your property and with neighbors.
Sometimes packages are tucked behind bushes, inside mail lockers, or dropped off at the wrong house.Contact your local post office or UPS center.
They can check the GPS scan location to see exactly where the driver marked the package as delivered.
